The Dream Is Collapsingby ~Yarfenka

Inspired by the soundtrack by Hans Zimmer, from the movie Inception (which is one of the most amazing movies I've seen in my whole life).
But mainly by that one piece: [link] that I hope everyone recognizes.
Aaaand that's what happens when one decides to make horse characters based on real life people, while trying to keep it all realistic.

Oh my god....this is such a beautiful, dynamic piece. I looked at it, paired with the music in the background, and the effect was just.......<3 This is absolutely beautiful work, and it's stunning the way it can create the feeling of warmth and movement. The textures and colors in this piece (as well as all your work) are just so perfect; I absolutely adore your style. For once, this is a piece that can combine emotion and a beautiful piece of art. I'm thoroughly impressed, and wish I could photomanipulate like this. <3

I'm really happy you like it ^^ No, I don't have a mane tutorial, and to be honest - I still have many problems with drawing manes. Sometimes they turn out great, sometimes they look like a 6 year old drew it... But I really recommend these: [link] If you use photoshop. They make drawing any hair much easier!
